Global bass and electronic Cumbia outfit Amaru Tribe announce their sophomore album ‘Entre Dos Mundos’ (Between Two Worlds) out Friday 18th March via Vibrating Planet, along with a National tour celebration which kicks off on Saturday the 19th of February which sees them visiting regional Victoria, Melbourne and Adelaide. The band are excited to play for the first time at The Old Church for the local community in Bendigo on Saturday 9th of April with support from DJ Otorongo (Chile). This concert is thanks to the support from MAV, Creative Victoria and Music Victoria. Taking influence from Reggaeton, Cumbia, global bass and hip hop, the album is a reflection of the band’s Colombian heritage. Featuring driving Afro Colombian rhythms, traditional South American instruments, modern production and bilingual vocals that comprise the band’s unique approach to the Latin electronic sound.
